Now, close your eyes, take deep breaths, and feel the cleansing energy revitalize your body, mind, and spirit for 15-20 minutes. Remember to rinse afterwards.

For Bucket or Shower: Dissolve salts in a bucket of warm water or slowly pour over your body as a cleansing rinse.
