SHIPPING POLICY

Lead Time

Our usual lead time is 3-5 working days or up to 10 days during busy times such as Diwali, Christmas. We will prepare your order as soon as possible and send it using your chosen shipping method.

Deliveries, Loss of parcel, Damages

  • Address Accuracy: Ritual Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

  • Third-Party Delays: While we strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or "acts of God" (weather, natural disasters).

  • Damaged Goods: We take immense care in luxury packaging. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence we will then be able to take it up with the respective courier partner.f more than 48 hours pass after receiving such a parcel, we will not be not be liable to the damaged products or box. We will be unable to refund or have your product returned to us as we will not be able to take it up with the courier company.
